Setting up MFA

How do I sign into the platform with Email OTP or Authenticator (MFA)?

  1. Go to https://cloud.cybervergent.com and input your registered email address. 
  2. Next, the platform will ask you for an OTP.
  3. Confirm if this OTP is sent to your Email or code sent to your Authenticator app. There will be a clear message. 
  4. Retrieve the OTP or code and proceed to sign in. 
  5. You are advised to use the Authenticator.
